Whether it is just a personal connection with Mr Salas' style or not I can't say but the dances as shown by Mr Salas and his partner in the introduction are just what I feel that Argentine Tango is about. The DVDs are well filmed, easy to follow and lead you into the dance steps fluidly and easily. They also give you the inspiration to ad-lib which I believe is the real Tango - improvisation. Sure you can learn the steps in sequence and just keep repeating them but you are shown each item as a separate entity which leaves you with specific steps that you can build into your own dance. Most other learn Tango DVDs just show you a routine. This DVD course is a delight and if I could recommend that people only ever get one set, well this would be it. Thanks very much."
