Refund Policy
Refund Policy on DVDs: 30 days full price refund less shipping and handling for unopened DVDs only. No refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase. In rare cases of defective DVDs, an exchange for new disks will be provided, if request is made within 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Auhorization must be obtained prior (email to tangodynamics@yahoo.com) to returning defective DVDs.
Refund Policy for CITA-2008: Registration Fee less $50 if a refund request is received by Dec. 31, 2007. 50% of the Registration Fee if a refund request is received by Feb 28, 2008. No refund requests will be accepted after Feb. 28, 2008.
